Use this place regularly as its close to work. Staff are polite and attentive here, lots of parking here also. I always get the chicken pizziola, coffee is good here too. It is card only here or you can buy using you're points.

Ordered on uber eats, food came, bread was stale, chicken was uncooked, missing 3 items, then when we rang up to tell them about it, they blamed the uber driver. I only live about 2-3 minutes away by car, so for thek to blame the driver on food being uncooked and stale is actually a joke. Safe to say won't be ordering from there again.

Good location ample parking however rude staff no one acknowledged us stood at counter didnt even look up (door bleeps when you walk in) just continued making an uber eats order why do people that have no social skills work in customer facing roles!

Food and Drink missing from delivery order. It's not the first time this has happened either. How damn difficult is it to look at an order and put in what HAS BEEN PAID FOR?I'm sure incompetence is a requirement when working in a fast food restaurant.

Found hair in subway not the best customer experience 2 workers 1 not doing nothing but looking in space not happy at all didnt want to embrass them cause i found a hair and upset new customers waiting

I came in and there was this old woman at the counter she looked up at me and walked to the back, i had to stand there for 10 minutes before getting served and she was rude and sarcastic the whole time then when i asked for a receipt at the end she told me shes not gonna reprint a receipt for just a box of nachos then i heard her bad mouthing me to her coworkers in the back room when i sat down to eat. Horrible service and terrible woman. I would have complained earlier on the survey on receipts but she never gave me one.
