This agency was a godsend as someone moving from Malta to the UK for the first time. No other agency was willing to do the process over the internet for us and had us extremely worried leaving everything to the last minute, but they helped us every step along the way, from settling, to paying, to the contracts and even helped us sort out some issues with setting up a UK bank account. Truly cannot recommend this agency more, with special thanks to Faz and Monica!

I was living in Abbotsford court park royal NW10 7fz do not rent this flat the landlords are constantly visiting the flat they practically live there and the underfloor heating bill that has to be paid separately of up to £450 every few months that needs to be paid on top of all the other bills.They are also planning to keep my deposit of 1730.76 because of wear and tear I will upload photos

Absolutely terrible. Not helpful. So pushy and just want you to sign the contract. Just want your money.I told them the bad conditions in the room before I actually live there (i.e bed bugs) and they just blame me for the issue when I'm the victim!!They threw the ball to me and ask me to handle it myself!DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Sab Estate Agents post an Ad for rent straight away twice I have been declined which is available for rent as it was new listing and remained available across online renting platforms. I feel they discriminate certain people from other backgrounds. I would never recommend them horrible experience.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this agency. The only think that they care is to take some money. I have contacted them many times about the awful conditions in the house where I live, without result. They just say that they can't do anything and pass the ball to the landlord who doesn't do anything neither. On the top of everything I'm obligated by the contract to stay at that place for 6 months.Do not make my mistake to sign with them!
