placed order online and later told item out of stock. Tony went out of his way to source alternative which was more expensive but didnt charge me any more. exceptional service and excellent communication throughout. highly recommend this store

We have a lovely new wood burner thanks to Whitley Bay Stoves. I found them really professional, friendly and helpful with good advice and very competitive price wise. The fitters were fab too, being really flexible around installation when we suffered a little storm damage. Would highly recommend!

Excellent company with great communication. More than happy to help and re-quote when we wanted to look at different options. Very accommodating fitting wise, work was quick, careful and by the time they left (and we had done a final clean) it looked like they'd never been in with drills and hammers. Would definitely recommend to everybody - very pleased to be able to use a local company who are competitively priced with great products, good workmanship and most of all excellent customer service. Little diamond of a place. Had a service on my stove. Engineer excellent friendly and very professional and tidy workmanship. Highly recommend. Shop is amazing so much choice. Give it a try if you have not been.

Great service! Tony kept us updated on delivery and when the courier company wrecked the package Tony sent a replacement straight away. Great customer service, really good range of stuff they sell too.
