Called before placing order as one of our group has lactose issues and needed vegan cheese, was told by a lady that we were to place the order then call back to confirm to change the cheese to the vegan cheese. Placed the order then called back only to be told they wouldn't do it as they won't mix meat and vegan cheese. Explained that it wasn't for a vegan, it was because of dietary issues and was told it would not be done. Told either take the order as is (so one of us can't eat) or no cheese at all. A little common sense would have gone a long way.

Food absolutely vile staff extremely rude worst domino’s I’ve dealt with shame you can’t get delivery from next nearest store pretty sure our local changed to this one for some bizarre reason would explain why it went from amazing to terrible. I really would avoid not worth the money or the cheek you get.

Went there to find dog poo outside door and when I pointed that out there was little reaction. Got a pizza anyway. But incredibly when I left there was a man with his dog outside that was taking a piss right by the door. If dogs seem to love doing their business at this place so much it must mean something...! Pizza was average.

Really Bad customer service. I’m not a pizza fan but went to this branch for pizza in the evening. I approached to a colleague in this branch checkout, asked what are the offer. She told me offer with two topping and I ask what are the topping. She was not helpful. I stepped back and browse online. While I was browsing online she told me not to be rude. I replied her I am not being rude but trying to help myself by looking into domino’s website. When I am ready to order after deciding via website, she refused to take order and asked other colleague to take order. And another colleague was in fact rude and my little girl felt awkward. Will surely review to Trustpilot too.
