Kamran helped me with a suitable protective case and screen protection and sorted it out for me. Got a quote to replace the badly cracked screen on old phone. His colleague was helpful and busy too

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. i would not recommend to my worst enemy. these men are scammers who will not you warn of their ‘refund policy’.

Had a cracked ipad screen replaced. Almost immediately after the repair a black line appeared, which they refused to fix under guarantee saying I must have put pressure on the screen. The screen is also not glued in correctly, slightly raised and loose on one edge. So a bad job that they refuse to correct.

Appalling. Avoid at all costs! I had the screen replaced on my mobile - my phone screen no longer works, calls mean my screen goes completely white, the screen is now fractured and flickering. Went back three times they refused to give me a refund and the phone is now completely redundant. Spoke to the manager Usman and he could not have been more unhelpful, rude and unapologetic. Awful. Paid in cash too. If you have a screen repair that you need do not go to this shop. Take it somewhere reputable where they accept cards. Am pursing them through the trading standards and have made Love Wimbledon aware.
