Ordered wing back chair and foot stool, for family member in care home said chair would be delivered next day(Friday) care staff moved furniture out ready for it arriving it never arrived tryed phoning several times didn't answer, furniture had to be put back in room, phoned next day after 10 attempts decided to drive to the shop to get answers said he didn't know why it didn't get delivered but won't be able to deliver it now till Monday.As for the foot stool we are still waiting for that have phoned loads of times after 3days of phoning he picked up to said he would have to check with warehouse at Chester-le-Street and would ring back 1 week later still no call back and not answering phone, will have to be another trip to shop.
