I have not been disappointed by any of the work undertaken by Alan over the years. He is honest, reliable, conscientious, and his work is meticulous. Would not hesitate to use Alan again.

I think 1 star is quite a generous rating tbh. Rang up a couple of times and sent an email with the thing I wanted fixing. Have had no response from them at all. Didn't really engage on the phone and they were totally uninterested. Felt like I was being got off the phone every time I contacted them. So found someone else. Very poor customer service. I was chasing them to no gain. Still waiting for a response for a query I put in a week ago. Went elsewhere and got amazing job done by someone else. I wouldn't bother with them. They clearly can't be bothered to talk to their customers. If this is how they start the customer relationship, then I can only guess it would have been a frustrated process. My advice is to shop around.

Expected us to pay £1500 for goods we hadn't seen and was unwilling to send photos. I understand there were issues with the previous owner but not myself as a potential new customer. Avoid at all costs!!!!
