Dentist was lovely however the red haired receptionist was rude not only to me but to others while I waited. Needs some training on how to be nice .

Just want to say what a lovely member of staff you have with Laura always deal with her.. very professional and down to earth ..just been in for a tooth extraction today in and out no prob at all credit to your practice cheers brian

Had a filling done today by Alison Betts and her assistant, they were totally professional throughout the procedure explaining everything at each stage. The experience was pain free and I would recommend them to everyone.

Overall excellent experience at the practice.Recently had Enlighten Teeth Whitening treatment from Beth. Really happy with result, the dentist completed the treatment a lot quicker than I expected, great communication. Would highly recommend.

My daughter was referred to Dean Road from our dentist to see Louise for mild sedation to have a cavity filled.Louise explained exactly what she was going to do, showed the instruments she was going to be using and made my daughter feel totally at ease.My daughter was disappointed that Michelle was missing from Reception!We would not hesitate to come back to Dean Rd if we needed too in the future.

Such a fantastic service by Louise. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and safe. She spent time talking through every utensil and exactly what she was going to do. I honestly cannot rate her any higher She was amazing and I've got a happy child who is not scared to go back. Thank you x

Amazing lovely dentist Helen. She and her dental nurse lillie made my daughter feel so welcome in the surgery. Explained everything thoroughly and gave us some advice on diet and tooth brushing.The only negative would be one of the receptionist, red head ignoring us and others when trying to book our next appointment. Getting up and leaving. When she returned she snatched our slip of paper out of our hands and huffed when I spoke and said abruptly’ give me one minute, I’m on a different screen’. She very reluctantly booked my daughters next appointment and said I have to call back to register my baby son as it was ‘too busy’ to do when I was there. It was great to see dental nurses helping the receptionist giving clinical advice to improve the patient experience.Management should definitely look into giving the one individual on reception training on how to act professionally or better even look to replace them :/

I called with mydentist dean road yesterday and spoke with treatment coordinator Raymond and very surprisingly he got me an appointment the same day for treatment. I was expecting to wait days or weeks but my appointment was for later that day. Raymond came to say helloWhen i booked in which was nice too.I arrived and was seen straight away, Louise and Donna done the treatment i needed. They explained everything and looked after me throughout very nice and very friendly, they gave me advice on where i might be going wrong with interdental brushes and made sure i was doing the right thing. The final result of the treatment was what i was expecting- excellent. All of the staff in the surgery were very friendly including the reception staff.

Abysmal at best. 3 years I have been waiting for a filling. Called for an updated 2 years in to find that my appointment had been sent to an old address even though I asked to have it updated (2 houses later). Went back in January after waiting a further 4 months to then be told I can't have IV there and need to book a further appointment (4 months later) to be referred to the dental hospital. Nobody sent off the referral until last week and now I've been rejected by the dental hospital as the referral had no notes on to explain why. Been told to try for IV in the practice even though I have already been rejected. From one filling to now needing six and one extraction which could have been avoided. Back of the queue again and more appointments to book. Customer service from the reception staff has been extremely poor and nothing but attitude. Please fix this and stop treating clients like they are an inconvenience!

I had a airflow last week with the hygiene therapist Louise it was amazing I'm a slightly nervous patient and Louise was really reassuring she kept stopping every 5 minuets or so asking if I was OK. Louise was happy cheerful and welcoming and the dental nurse Donna was really helpful. When I got home I said to my partner I was really happy and could see the difference I would recommend it to anyone.
