Philip from EQ Works delivered training to the managers at my organisation - Emotional Intelligence Fundamentals. Philip was so helpful in talking with a colleague and I in planning the day, and really learning about us (as an organisation and cohort of managers) so that the training could be as tailored, as engaging, and as helpful as it could be. The handouts were all tailored with our branding, which was a surprise, but a really nice touch, and it was just an interesting, thought-provoking, and indeed eye-opening day.On the morning there were a few hiccups - the venue had accidentally booked the wrong room for example, which was not Phil's doing at all, but he calmly persevered and delivered a really impactful day of interactive learning. We've all definitely taken a lot away from the day to reflect upon, individually and as a management team.

Philip's workshop was outstanding. I was able to take away a useable toolset of EQ. His session helped me understand how to manage my emotions and why that can be a driver of success.

Philip really nailed as not only the content of the presentation was very interesting and attractive but himself has been an excellent presenter. This was a new type of coaching for me and I have found it extremely beneficial, both professionally and personally.
