Great customer service, good quality mattresses for affordable prices, and honest salesmen you can trust. Lee was amazing and really helpful and didn’t try to push us to our budget limit - he focussed on what worked for us! Delivery was next day and super easy. Definitely the best place to get a mattress - avoid the franchise shops!

I found my visit to Comfy Beds to be a good one. I dealt with Lee, the owner of the East Ham branch. Lee was professional and assisted me in what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable and the bed + mattress delivery also included installation, which was great, as it meant less work for me. The bed and mattress were delivered within 5 weeks of order. I wasn’t there to see the installation but my father advised everything went smoothly. I’d recommend Comfy Beds to anyone who wants a high quality bed and great customer service.

This place is a proper gem of east london, Lee is amazing and so honest and accommodating to get you the right mattress (and deliver it.) Couldn’t recommend more!

Good customer service at first but terrible mattresses. I bought a medium firm mattress and in 2 weeks it went very soft. And about 6 weeks it feels like a bouncy castle. Went back to the shop in 2 weeks to let the chap know but he didn't seem that helpful.

Use this company all the time (just bought another one, and no i dont work for them genuine customer) Gave time frame of delivery as the bed had to be made as i wanted a different style to what i saw and was spot on with great communication along the way. Fitted by the lovely lads in no time. Their beds are by far the best and a decent price and Lee will help you with what your looking for as to other companies who will just sell you anything. If you tell Lee what you want he will be honest with you
