Was in here the other day to get trainers asked Darren to get me a size 5 and he walked off and never bothered to get them after 20 mins some other fella got me them really bad service Darren if u couldn't leave the till why where u at the front door off the shop disgusting

Some good bargains to be had in here and the staff are all really helpful and friendly! Did the click and collect online and called in for my trainers then. Great bunch couldn't do enough for me

Staff are shocking in JD in ballymena, very unfriendly. I have had many experiences with the staff, as you have to find them before they would come and help you, this is not the way staff should be greeting customers, therefore this is disgraceful.

Staff are so rude it’s shocking, unhelpful and some even hide behind rails just so they don’t have to deal with customers, had a query about an online order and honestly the folk in the shop next door would have been more help

It was ok. Not much selection of women they actually had more junior and kids than women's clothing. Mens clothes took up the majority which is fine because that must be where the company makes their money for that store but if you're a woman wanting to shop there - try somewhere else. Also took about 20 minutes standing waiting for a pair of shoes from the stock room. Staff weren't really that happy if I'm honest.

Today I got shock to the staff in the counter he is wearing white shirts especially I’m with my son , he told me can you see I’m in the phone, very unfriendly, I often shop in JD Ballymena
