Nottingham City Council Housing Services

They gave my friend a phone number to ring, left him outside a property with no keys telling him someone will meet you with keys, late in the evening noone has shown up & the 24hr phone number is constantly engaged which has been for hours, numerous of us have rang the number to no luck getting though to anyone. This service is absolutely diabolical, they should be exposed for such a poor service. Leaving vulnerable people outside in bad areas worrying if they are going to be safe & have a place to sleep.

Absolutely shocking services nottingham city council good at taking your money but no good at carrying out important jobs that need doing by the council repairs bunch of cowboys and money pinches.

Parking is a nightmare.This site doesn't have access to general public.This is Nottingham City Homes maintenance depot

Early Sunday morning and the rental garages security gates where I rent a garage could not be opened. Called the emergency number at 8:15am and within two hours someone came to sort the problem out.
