So far so good. Just started using this for my business and not a bad word to say about it so....

Ordered Friday 8am for a Saturday delivery. When delivery did not materialise I rec'd an e'mail advising delivery would be Tuesday! Left a message on Agrigem ansa phone (Saturday pm). Received an email on the Monday advising me the courier did not make Saturday deliveries. Sprays were then delivered Monday morning! Both courier HO & delivery driver confirmed (as I already knew) they deliver on Saturdays (for the additional charge I'd paid). I don't appreciate being lied to.

Agrigem should be called agrijoke, made an order made an order on the 26/03 received the order on the 20/04 all items were showing in stock at the time of order. Iron sulphate comes as one 25kg solid block as it had been wet. Complained & was asked to dissolve it in water… how are you meant to accurately dose when its a solid block! They’re absolutely useless, no help at all & take ages to deliver when the items were showing in stock & the p&p was an extortionate cost! Avoid this company at all costs

Paid next day delivery ordered 7am, website states order before 1pm for next day delivery and still haven't received the item. This is the second or 3rd time this has happened now, I would avoid this company as they will charge you for a service you wont receive and won't refund you either

The customer service of this company is diabolical. I placed an order for collection on Saturday morning. I drove 30 miles to collect it. Only to find other disgruntled customers outside.even though it clearly shows on their website they are open until 12.30 The shop was closed and they don't open on Saturdays at all. No apology just return your money. I suggest you don't bother in the first place.Use Kiss my Grass instead they're superb !

Some great experiences I’ve the years but sadly let down by them sending an incomplete product then demanding photos before arranging return.They say you are only as good as when things go wrong so in this case they are not very good at all. Choose somewhere else.

Agrigem, yes, the pace itself looks presentable / tidy but they HATE call and collect. The products are good but are generic / own branded regular items or brands that are available elsewhere and often for less. The technical backup is good but sales led. I have had 8/10 orders and 3 have suffered some sort of issue. If this rate of non delivery is typical there is really no excuse as the firm has your money in its control for the delay period ie 30% of its turnover for the average of the (uncommunicated by email) delay means they have cash to buy stock. The website does not show stock ready for despatch. I can only assume the management have not considered that they have increasing competition. Some minor overlooked (or considered irrelevant) changes to ordering / communication as you place such order would be welcome. I am sure Vanessa, who handles customer enquiries in a polite and patient way and other members of staff may become de-moralised. I have suggested my complaint be moved up the chain of command and am just detailing it here as I am sure those that run Agrigem must read these reviews.
