We have just taken delivery of our new focus today . The whole process was flawless from start to finish just one snitch found some damage but our salesman Ashton Chambers was brilliant he got it sorted gave us a courtesy car and we picked it up at a later day . Could not fault Ashton at all went the extra mile to help us .

Brandon and Hayden have been absolutely amazing helping me and my fiancée looking at a wide range of cars and have been very patient and extremely professional with helping us find a car. The quality of the hospitality while waiting was second to none, offered warm drinks on arrival. Overall 5 stars isnt enough for what they have done for us! Making a deal with Brandon at Stoneacre Thirsk was an absolute pleasure. Brandon is extremely patient. I never felt pressurised to make a decision and I felt in very safe hands with him. Brandon is very professional and is extremely knowledgeable about the car business. What was going to be quite a daunting experience for me (never done a part ex before) became very easy and actually enjoyable with Brandon at the helm. I highly recommend you talk to Brandon if you are considering buying a new or used automobile.

I dealt with Tom, for the 3rd time, Tom was previously at the Scarborough branch, he is the most helpful car salesman I know. First I emailed Tom to see if there were any deals going, I left it to him as I trust him 100%. He rang back with an excellent deal. I picked my car up about 5 days later.

Big shout out to Ashton at Thirsk Branch. a lovely guy who allowed my wife to take the Fiesta out for a test run and put no pressure at all on us when we returned. Very helpful and, with the help of Hayden, negotiated a sale which met both our needs. Car was topped up with half a tank of fuel and cleanly presented. great experience and will be returning for future services and, in time, a new car purchase. Thirsk certainly have dispelled the belief that car sales people are pushy. Thirsk branch quite the opposie! Thanks for your help!
