I would not use these again, wanted new blinds was told they would use my runners that was already up, they also used the same pulleys, one broke a few won’t open properly, rang them 3 months ago after one broke, still waiting for someone to call round with a replacement, for what I paid for just the lats I could have had complete new blinds and a far better quality, knowing this I used a different company for more blinds I needed and am very happy with the new company, so sorry Rochdale Blinds your after sales service is absolutely rubbish, it lost you more work and certainly wouldn’t recommend you

Excellent company and owner and son. Just had three blinds fitted in conservatory and one in kitchen . Fit perfectly and no mess made everything left nice and clean

No interest shown in aftersales care.We have a problem with one of their blinds.We sent an email but got no reply.We eventually made contact by phone.They made an appointment but failed to turn up...no explanation, no apology.We are forced to take our business elsewhere.

So far so good. Have not ordered any blinds yet. Probably will as the service was excellent. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful.17th July. We need blinds through out our house . Nobody has been in contact. Disgusting service. I would tell anyone not to bother with them.!!!
