Alan came out at short notice, arriving punctually. He gave helpful advice and completed the work professionally. He offers good value, is friendly and polite. I will be arranging for him to return shortly and assemble flat pack furniture, fit a new kitchen tap, and more bathroom fittings.

We called alan as our washing machine had flooded the utility room. Alan came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blocked pipe which he was able to fix. Alan was polite and very knowledgeable. We would certainly recommend him.

We had a slight plumbing emergency on a weekend and contacted Alan since he had done work for us previously. We were so grateful to him for coming out on a Sunday and sorting the issue (ie replacing a faulty kitchen tap) in an hour.
