Our experience so far has been good, my partner and I spoke with Louise last week who was very kind and helpful, she clearly talked us through the mortgage process and broke everything down for us, showing us what to expect next and helped us create our budget planner which has been useful. Would recommend.

I met with Tayyab to discuss my mortgage renewal after a quick turnaround and it was apparent that he is transparent with his clients in both what can be expected of him and the pricing of utilising Just Mortgages' services. We discussed expenditure and incomings so nothing off the beaten track from a typical mortgage appointment, and he was keen for financial security in the form of life insurance and income protection to be considered whilst making it clear that it was the individual's choice and there was no 'hard sell' .Due to technical issues we were unable to complete the appointment in its entirety but this was promptly rearranged for another date in the near future and that is the only blemish which costs them a star, albeit it is recognised that this is largely out of the individual's control.I look forward to meeting Tayyab again and learning what he has been able to gather from prospective lenders.

Very friendly, good and honest advice. Great with numbers.Making the journey feel a lot easier than we thought it would be, reducing our worries and stress.Looking forward to the rest of the journey with buying our first home.So that was all first impressions.There after we had to chase up for information 2 times and then everything went quiet to never hear or see from again.Still don't know what was going on a few months later.Really bad service.There are better companies out there with better service. We know cause we found it.

Can not recommend Louise enough! My partner and I went for a meeting to get a little understanding of what would lie ahead if we decided to go for a property and by the end of that meeting we felt so comfortable and confident in going ahead. Everything was full explained (which I needed) step by step plan, what needs to be done next. That the moment we decided to go ahead, none of it has felt overwhelming at all! Louise has kept us informed every step of the way, gone out of her way to help, invested in us, to get to know us which has lead to finding the right offers, rates and policies that best suit us without any of it feeling too overwhelming our end.
