Can't work out whether Laceys is a firm made up of qualified professionals or a hub of incompetent suited up dinlos who stare at the phone wondering what the repetitive ringing sound is - my guess is the latter. As per other reviews, correspondence is poor - doesn't exactly give me confidence in the firms ability to provide a service if they can't even answer the phone or reply to an email. Will take my custom and money to another firm who are a little more on the ball.
