Had a great consultation at the specs place this morning, couldn't recommend the team there enough. Dave was professional, but very personable and Asha really helped me pick out a great looking set of frames. 10/10!

What a breath of fresh air!Everything was explained to me simply and clearly. John recommended NOT getting new glasses as it was likely to not improve my eyesight, due to a cataract forming. Something my previous optician had not pointed out. I'm very glad I went for a seccond opinion!

Lovely, friendly staff who take the time and effort to help my little girl and my son. We have had glasses, contact lenses, swimming goggles and sports goggles through them and have always been happy with the quality. Always service with a smile - I highly recommend them.

I've been going to The Specs Place Opticians for around 3 years, I have always been more than happy with the service there.The reception staff are always lovely and happy to help to try and fit you in around your routine.John is very thorough and always makes things clear to you when doing the tests. Always a cheerful atmosphere in there and don't go for the 'hard sell' like other opticians.Highly recommended to all.

The Specs Place Longton provides the most thorough, and thoroughly brilliant, service at all times. I have had cause to see John recently with a couple of minor eye complaints and he has been wonderfully reassuring yet at the same time ensured there was indeed nothing serious. The reception staff are all lovely and friendly but also very knowledgeable and helpful when I've had new glasses. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent service, no waiting, no queue, no being moved from room to room like other larger companies. I like the personal service I received and by using an independent smaller business this is what you get.Prices may not be as competitive as the larger companies but on the whole I am really pleased
