Redgate & Co (Wills and Probate)

In 2014 Redgate and Co charged me £125 to complete a single will, £175 to create the paperwork for POA, and £25 a year for will storage. I don't understand why the POA papers were never submitted, but they weren't. In 2018 I challenged Bernard Jacob about the POA and he tried to charge me £585 and £82 to submit them. He refuses to return my 86 year old mother's will. On his website he claims to be a member of the Will writer's Association. he is NOT. Be Warned.
