Neil is a wise and insightful coach. I found that he could quickly identify the direction any session needed to take so I could find my own resolution of the issues at hand. It felt like he was walking alongside me as an insightful guide accompanying me on an inner journey to greater self-awareness. I particularly liked the way he could quickly assess my confusion and sort out the right way to deal with the various challenges I brought to our sessions. I was in need of some direction in my life as everything felt as if it was off balance...I was a little bit apprehensive from the start I didn’t know what to expect but Neil very quickly put me at ease. I found him very easy to talk because he was completely non-judgemental but he didn’t just agree with everything I said either, just to make me feel better.He helped me understand some of the barriers I had put in front of myself and unravel some thought processes.I felt I needed some clarity on a few issues I was facing but I didn’t know how to break them down and big ideas felt daunting..Now, i am feeling much more positive and in control of the direction I’m heading. Neil’s life coaching sessions have been really helpful in guiding me to make some life changing decisions that I knew in my heart should have been made a long time ago.His questioning and observations were really useful in finding where my passions lie and what makes me tick. Neil is a proper listener and gives you time and space to really get down to what really matters to you. You feel heard.His manner is calm and approachable with no judgement at all. It has been such pleasure to have weekly life coaching with Neil. I have loved the space to be able to explore my mind and life with him. Neil has the great ability of holding a calm wide open space in which we can explore issues and ideas. He is gentle and sensitive yet firm and strong. You feel like you are held yet have the space to be open to any possibility of thought or feeling.
