Started off so well. Mis-sold our package, stating in the email confirmation that this included 1-20kg hold case and they 'decided' to remove it and only give us 10kg carry on cases instead in place for a Priority pass. Now we need to pay £120 on top now to add this back on. They will not admit this is a mistake on their behalf, still trying to deal with this now and not being helpful. We wouldn't have used them if this is the case as it would've been cheaper going elsewhere.

Had the worst experience with customer service, will not refund £50 cost of getting a taxi to Dalaman Airport from Marmaris as the private taxi did not turn up, will never use again !!!

very poor service, they didnt even bother sending me my ryaiair booking ref so had to ring 5 times and spent 2 hours on the phone.Dont not use!!!!

Don't not book with this company, trust me! Run the other direction! They pull you in on cheap prices but the stress, back-pedalling they do is not worth it. They promise you all the bookings you made are secure and when it's time to claim or be compensated they shift responsibility and pretend they didn't do such thing. I won't be surprised if the are running this company in a shed in their back garden. So unprofessional. I spoke to customer service and the guy didn't listen when I was trying to explain the problem and shouted at me like I was his child. So disrespectful. I am honestly disgusted and regret them so much. Please don't support this company with your business. I have never been treated and been spoken to like that in my life. I regret not taking the negative reviews I was reading about them seriously. HONESTLY RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the customer services was really really poor. Made a booking for Cyprus for a few weeks time with Angel Smith many months ago where we were told 10KG luggage with some measurements (40x25x20). However we werent told that this was the size for a laptop bag. We repeated multiple times about 10kg baggage but no one told us this is a laptop bag size and persistently encouraged us to book or the price will change. However, i admit this is partially my fault for not checking the measurements. Now that the issue has been raised, no one will help us and customer services and complaints have been promising a call back in 4 days but its been 7 days now and no call back.We changed the hotel to once that they also offer and at the time of booking, Angel Smith promised us to check the food to ensure there was suitable vegetarian options as we consume halal diet. She also advised us that there will be all required facilities but for us to contact her a few weeks before departure for her to send an email to the hotel with these things requested as they are partnered with these hotels. She has replied to my email saying we chose and changed the hotel and should check for ourselves and that she read the original hotels details but not the changed hotel. Neither will a request email be put through.I normally dont leave reviews or comment with negativity as long as issues are resolved because mistaked happen but there was no cooperation by this company or Angel. We are yet to fly out and i hope the holiday goes well in comparison to what the situation is like at present.

wouldn’t even give this 1 star. worst holiday company on the market, all trust-pilot reviews are fake scammers being extremely rude on phone calls and did not book hotel or flights this company is a SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY

I've had a few online conversations the price is increased with no explanation. When you actually get a response to your question for a brake down of the cost it dosent add up. Simple math for these agents is a difficult one. I would NOT spend my money with this dishonest and fraudulent company. I can only urge others to do the same. Reading reviews other have left I am more than happy to book my holiday with a well known reputable company! Theu are VERY misleading, conman is a word that best describes galax holidays.

I booked this holiday was told 4 star was a 2 star he didn't tell about an extra cost after you already pay for your hotel which none refundable then rang and said the hotel as rejected as its fully booked but he told me previous that it was already booked for me when I arrived at the hotel I was told I was only there 6 nights when I paid for 7 they classed me flying early hours as my 7th and the hotel told me I can't check in till 2pm on the 31st but I booked from 30th then when all this was sorted the hotel told me I can't have my room because galaxy had not paid the hotel so I spent most of my first day trying to sort this mess out hotel was a dive food was rubbish pool was dangerous rooms and hotel was old run down and falling apart even the hotel is self admits to being 2 star max fair play to them bit galaxy sell it as a 4 star my advise stay clear of this company you be wasting you money and after I told the agent I was not happy and I won't ne using them again he replied its ok sir we are not short of customer
