Manhattan Nails

I booked my appointment on the phone after reading reviews suggesting the service was bad. However the reviews that said this, are in my opinion I correct. Today was my first time getting my nails done there and the staff were polite and knew exactly what they were doing, and they did their job very well. I would highly recommend Manhatten Nails! The price for getting shellac was very reasonable and the price included the removal of my previous shellac!

I’ve been visiting this nail bar for sometime, I’m very picky & some would say difficult with what I ask for…. They never complain - always happy to do whatever fussiness I ask!! I’m totally appalled by the recent review & could say it’s somewhat racist! Shocking behaviour from a ‘lady’ thank you again for a great set Jason :-)

I was a happy customer until I went and ask for advice about the removal of shellac that was applied to my nails 4-5 weeks ago. I was accused of lying about having them applied at Manhattan Nails. I will not return, other options available in Lymington. A shame as Mo is always friendly and helpful.

Following the review today by Hannah May I would like to point out that I’ve been using this nail salon for years and never had a problem. I was in the salon while she was there. She was asked whether she was happy and she said yes then right at the end of her treatment she started arguing…. And being very rude! The nail technician was trying to explain that throughout her treatment she had been asked whether she was happy with colour, shape and application and she had said she was until the very end when she basically tried finding fault with everything…… very unreasonable and un necessary… maybe she was having an off day but there was no need for her attitude. I witnessed it first hand and just want people to know that her review really isn’t an honest one! The two other people in the salon shared my opinion too so pretty sure we can’t all be wrong!

My friend and I had a wonderful hour spent having a pedicure yesterday. Staff were lovely - friendly and chatty and the salon was extremely clean - best pedicure I’ve had for ages !!

I’ve just been in for a manicure, not only was it absolutely an amazing job, the people are so friendly! But most importantly I felt so safe, social distancing in place, screens, gels, everything in place to ensure a safe experience for you and them!

Always a pleasure to get my nails done here . They are always done with perfection.
