Not good.Staff sit playing on Facebook. When looking at different website kept flicking Facebook up with inappropriate images (not professional)Also asked to email details. Never arrived.Much better independent agents within a 1.5 mile radius of this shop.Would never us Hays again.

I absolutely do not recommend it. They informed me of the extra cost of the tour which I had to cover after paying 100% of the tour money. The office did not book or pay for a hotel room so for 4 days in Bellagio I had to pay over $ 1000 out of my own pocket. I do not recommend

Nothing was as presented to us, starting with the lack of transport for which it was already paid, ending with NO hotel. The cost of our trip increased drastically. We had to take care of the transport from the airport ourselves, as did the hotel. It was paid, but in order to have a roof over our head, we had to pay again. I honestly DON'T RECOMMEND !!

It's always how a company resolved a problem that counts. An issue with my second currency card was resolved quickly and with a smile. Although I didn't book my flight with them, they were willing to check and clarify the airlines medication policy for me.
