Came here for the first time to get my nails done and I love them, all staff where friendly and made sure I was happy before leaving. Will definitely go back

Jackie is amazing and is an incredible nail technician! I struggle to find anyone to do good short nails !I have the worst nails but she always makes them 100% betterGreat shape and natural looking!!!

The nail technicians are really good and know what they're doing but:1. There's almost always a wait even with an appointment.2. The colours on the fake nails are all wrong. They are faded from the sun and the salon apparently doesn't have time to redo them. So make sure you check the colour in the bottle/container!I still recommend the place though

I have been hear before many times and the nails are good but the people who work there are very rude . Today my daughter went to have her nails done for her prom she went in alone and when I went to pick her up I could see she was quite upset she had a manicure and pedicure her nails looked as though she had nothing done and when I asked is that what you wanted she said no ,she wanted them to look natural with a natural colour not no colour ,when I told them this they started shouting at her for not telling them what she wanted but they didn't Listen to her in the first place she then said that she can add colour and we said OK but the colour we kept choosing she said no to so at the end I said i will pay you and we will go somewhere else and we did we went to selsdon nails and they were very good.I will never go back to Joanne's and I also recommended to them to take the sigh down that they have up about making people feel good TAKE IT DOWN !!!!!

Joanne did a very bad job at doing my girl kimmie's nails. the acrylic is wonky and the paint job is messy and uneven. Joanne did not listen to my girl kimmie when she told her to do her nails short. Joanne insisted that kimmie got long nails, which lead to kimmie going home and cutting the nails down herself. when we went into school together the next day, kimmie's nails were in a state. i had to file them down for her which was an inconvenience for the price paid. not happy.

This nail shop should NOT have such a low review score. Best nails I’ve had done in a long time. The shop is clean. The staff take their time and make sure the job is done flawlessly! Highly recommend this shop

Terrible customer service and attitude. Been here 3 times and the experience was horrible. The first time visiting the nails I got were very bad quality and SNS was chipping within days. I thought I’d give them another chance as they are quite near to my home. On both occasions I was asked whether I had booked an appointment and turned away although I had not booked on my first visit.Overrall they seem quite rude and only like certain kinds of customers if you know what I mean

Having been a loyal customer of Joanne's pretty much since they opened, I'm sad to say their service has declined greatly. There is no respect shown to the customer and in fact, in my latest dealings with them, in which my mum and I were hoping to discuss the fact she had lost her Christmas present of a mani-pedi voucher, I was ignored and no eye contact given throughout my conversation. Unfortunately I will no longer be using their services as their attitude implied that they thought I was trying to rip them off, which most definitely was not.
