CHESTERTON POST OFFICE
Shambles. Incorrect processing of travel money collection which resulted in having to call customer services in front of them to correct their own error. No apology, still made me resubmit ID and details despite having it all to hand. Shocking customer service and incompetent staff, compounded by an incoherent system that had to be resolved externally at my expense. Avoid!

We Chesterton folk are lucky to have a Post Office such as this. The gentleman who runs it is very friendly and helpful. We enjoy going in there. Occasionally there is a small queue but that just shows that it is popular. Thank you - you are much appreciated.

Poor service by the man who runs the post office. He shouted at me front of the other customers about a mistake I had done in a previous visit. It used to be a friendly and supportive place . Very disappointed about his rude attitude and manners.

CHESTERTON POST OFFICE
They sell a standard-sized logistics plastic bag for £2.19, with the cost pro bably being less than 10 cents. The price tag on the bag is very inconspicuous, making you assume it's free.Furthermore, they won't inform you of the cost before you use it; they only tell you the price after you've packed your items.
