Great place for people of all ages and abilities, from 6 to 60 and up.Special attention is paid to people with low self-esteem or anger issues. It's great to see it wasn't just boys and men but girls too.

Winchester Boxing Club
This is a really welcoming and brilliantly run club. All ages and abilities are catered for. I have early onset Parkinson's (age 49) and go to boxersize twice a week which has improved both our fitness levels. It also gives an appreciation of boxing techniques. Oh, and there is no requirement to be punched in the face! Getting very popular for a reason.
