First order, my Z5's were as new, you would not know at any point these were a refurb unit. Box, buds, cable, mint. At a cost of 1/10th of current retail!! Amazing. Very quick delivery and a quality thick jiffy bag.

Hoped for better. Sent me a filthy pair of 'refurbished' earphones. Had what looked like ear wax on them. Then refused to refund postage. Poor, passive aggressive, attitude and response from Steve.

Brilliant bought refurbished soundmagic E11 for £19 .99p .Excellent price cannot fault the customer service and delivery time.Lot cheaper then many rivals but the headphones where in new condition packaging with original case and spare silicon tips.Reccomend Hifi headphones to any one having bought the E 50 before as well.Thank you .Rav

Have bought a couple of items from this company and recently just mailed them asking for help and info on replacement earphone tips, what really impressed me was this last potentially footling enquiry I made which commercially to them was/is a drop in the ocean compared to wanting to by some high spec kit over several £k upwards but they still replied rapidly and with very helpful information as they have at every stage in my previous purchases from them.I also have mobility issues and they definitely went the extra mile in terms of delivery.This is a very refreshing attitude in our troubled times.
