Orchard Hotel
Delicious food, Excellent service, Centrally located and at a great price! This was definitely a great find and we loved the 5 nights we spent here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the meals were great (especially the Sunday Roast) and the location was perfect! The buses and trains are only 5mins walk away and the walk to the Falkirk Wheel along the canal was picturesque. The noise, honestly wasn’t that bad either given the location. Definitely recommend this awesome hotel!

Rooms are poor and in rough condition, poorly maintained and not worth price. Drinks are excellent but the serving staff ( a young woman named Courtney ) was uncomfortable to be served by, was very passive aggressive and seemed to dislike me or my friend due to reasons and cannot understand. When I brought my concerns up to Mark, the manager I believe I spoke to he was very dismissive, borderline gaslighting and made me feel very alienated due to his lack of action when I highlighted poor behaviour from a staff member. This hotel has potential but its staff along with general maintenance leave a lot to be desired even by Falkirk's low expectations.

The second time I've been out for dinner with work colleagues, and it's always a great experience. David and the staff are super friendly and attentive, and the food is always freshly cooked and piping hot.Only taken away 1 star for the fact that it's summer and the fruit flies are put in abundance, which took away from the open door policy.Overall, I would recommend for a night out.

To say this establishment serves the nectar of the gods would be an understatement. Speaking with the staff felt Like a therapy session and the meals they bought me could have been my last and I would have went to the electric chair a happy man. When I come back I hope to see the same incredible people again.

Great grub and great staff. we were only there for a meal, so I couldn't comment on the accommodation. But if anything like the bar/restaurant, they should be great. This place has a great relaxed atmosphere.

Cannot fault this place, its fabulous. Went for dinner and the food was delicious. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a great night. The whole place has an amazing atmosphere and the customer service is tops!! And a special thanks to David the manager in the Bistro/Bar for fabulous service too. Definitely recommend.We will be back !!

I went in for a drink with a friend. I had only just sat down with my first drink and was approached by staff saying the manager (Mark) would not allow me to order another while the friend I was with was welcome to have as many as he wanted as per the request of a staff member named Courtney, neither of whom I have spoken to. Personally the drink was incredible but the treatment and discrimination I felt while management went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome seems to be an unacceptable way to run a business.

Great little place located pretty much in the center of town! The room we had was great! The only wish is we wanted the window to open a little more so we could get some good airflow cause it did manage to get quite warm.The manager was very friendly! He came out and spoke to us and was giving us tidbits and what not. Definitely would come back here!!

I was lost before I entered this stellar establishment- both figuratively and literally. I was met by the friendliest and the most flamboyant staff who helped relight the fire within. Wonderful steak offer on a Tuesday and a fab quiz on Thursdays. The staff were also lovely about my embarrassing incident in the toilet and did not charge for the excrement I left. All in all a wonderful sta.
