After mysteriously losing the rubber heel to my shoe, I approached Timpsons in Camberley Tesco to have it repaired. I stupidly asked the gentleman to only repair one heel but very quickly realised that would make little sense as there is a potential the new one would be slightly taller than the other. Thankfully, down to good customer service, both heels were fantastically repaired in good timing at an affordable price.

Needed a new transit van key as the battery has stopped working, they sorted it very efficiently.A while later the key broke, but no fuss repair so really have to offer full praise and highly recommendThank you

Wanted to get a key cut multiple times. Knew exactly what I wanted and told me how long it would be. 10 minutes for 2 keys cut and £15. Very quick, easy and efficient

Went In with a key snapped in half, while they couldn't guarantee the key they cut would work, it worked perfectly, and only took a few minutes to cut the new key, excellent service

Received the best service at this Timpson today. I was pleasantly surprised so it made my day! I unfortunately didn't get the name of the guy who served me but he was so helpful and friendly when I had problems with my remote car key and needed a new one.

Total nonsense from start to finish. We paid for items to be cleaned and a hem taken up and neither happened. After weeks of nothing, ended up driving to the depot in Maidenhead to collect a suit that kept not being returned to store. Lost our receipt so couldn't get a refund and obviously its all made up pricing as they feel fit. How this model of business is allowed and endorsed by tesco I really don't know. Was expecting several calls from the guys in store and they simply didn't respond. Avoid at all costs as our suits had simply been pressed not cleaned. One for trading standards to look into for sure! We now use the dry cleaners in town. More expensive but at least they're not fraudulently pretending to clean things.

Helpful staff. Provided advice regarding putting a battery in my watch which unfortunately they were not able to do. Not their fault as took my watch to a jewelers and they couldn't do it either.

Excellent service from Neil Chalkey, went out of his way to get keys sorted for my smart car and reprogrammed. From start to finish he was very professional and I would fully recommend you try him 1st

Promised me that they would finish engraving in 2 days as it was an emergency. Went to receive it on the day and time they gave me; however, it wasnt ready. And also the price for engraving is ridiculously expensive, cost me nearly £19 to write Happy Birthday on the tankard.

If I could rate these guys 0 stars I would.Was going to utilise their car key replacement service. Paid £70 upfront for a 2 day emergency service which quickly turned to a 10 service. Had their branch manager be very rude to me down the phone, hung up on me twice in 5 mins and took zero responsibility for their poor service and communication.Customer services and complaints department did nothing to help and ignored all my emails. Finally got a refund 10 days later where branch staff did not even have the decency to apologise for their disgusting service. Timpsons refuse to admit any fault and only justify things by blaming their customers.It's a shame, Timpson's has become so big now, they have no loyalty or decency towards their customers. Every word relating to customer service on their website is a lie. AVOID!!Will never be using these cowboys again, absolute joke.
