Went to the takeaway window and payed for a latte and what I got was a filter coffee with hot milk I questioned it and was told they do lattes with filter coffee at the takeaway but serve latte in the cafe I said I would rather pay for the cafe price but get what I ask for i got told that's fine but I would have to walk into the cafe for it impossible with a dog! I then said just forget it and wasn't offered my money back!20 years in catering and hospitality and this is the first time this has happend unfortunately trading standards would have a problem with this shop selling a latte which is a espresso with heated milk as a watery filter coffee with hot till the burnt my mouth shamefully tbh and not impressed at all won't be going again

Don't use card payment take cash.. tried card twice both rejected yet money still left my account.. meant no ice cream for kids and bank short because they had took payment.. 7 days later still without refund.Use other ice cream parlour on high street they have card payment that works properly every time!

Went for coffee and snack today told to take seat, after 30 mins left as got no attention although plenty of staff stood around talking will not bother in futur. I,ll go wher there is a better service. Would not recomend

Good service great ice cream but no toilets.

The staff are all lovely kind and friendly, take your order from your table and bring your order over to you. Ordered ice creams and latte best ice creams around this area.

Use the takeaway on the sea front. A bit pricey but take the view you get what you pay for and it's worth it! Beautiful tasting ice cream, always delicious, can't fault their lemon tops, chocolate wafer sandwiches or a good old 99!Mmm...
