Just had my conservatory floor finished in time for Christmas. Fitted me in last minute. Crowe were wonderful, we had terrible problems with our builder who left a lot of exposed brickwork at the patio doors. Thank goodness for Michael who is so knowledgeable in construction (ex-builder). He sorted out he missing DPM and corrected all the issues. Highly recommended and my parents will be using them next year.

We could not be happier with the new kitchen floor that Crowe Flooring laid at our home last week. The quality of workmanship is excellent, it looks exactly how we had hoped it would do and we only wish we had done it sooner.The whole experience of dealing with the company was excellent - they always arrived exactly when they said they would do, carried out the work properly and promptly and in fact we inadvertently messed them about when a sudden Covid diagnosis, meant we could not have anyone in the house.We could not be happier with the job.

Sales side, top of their game with stories of we take time on prep work to get your floor level, it's all down to the prep work etc, us great we really feel happy as we agree if the prep is not right it will be bad.Installation time, hey you need more screed as the floor is going need to more, Us no problem totally understand put more screed in after all 36m2 of new LVT in kitchen, dining and office is going in, want it all looking good and obviously invoice us for the extraAlas the installation started to fall apart as the sub contractors they use were either not turning up or when chased and turning up at 11.30am moaning they just got dragged of a job as X should be here, we believe this was the start of the lack of attention on the prep work.Tiles go down and invoice is in our hands before they have finished and can you get it paid, yeah no problem, then we notice when we finally get back into area, the drop off in front of the kitchen sink which makes you feel like you are leaning on a boat!!10mm difference and that's on the pen in the picture, over a 26 distance to the unit so were thinking this is a bit much over that distance??DO a quick video asking them for their thoughts on how to rectify which initially gets avoided until we personally go into the shop to enquire.Snotty reply it's your floor not level

We have used Crowe flooring on a number of occasions. They have fitted carpets in our bedrooms, stairs and landing and flooring in our large kitchen. We have been really pleased with the friendly expert advice and service and will continue using them for any future flooring needs.

Crowe flooring are a wonderful company to deal with. Jane was very knowledgeable and gave us some excellent ideas. I have used them many times and I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

Dealt with the team several times for our shop floors. The lady we spoke to really knew her stuff and was very polite and professional. I think they're a family run company and the guys that worked on the installation we're so meticulous and highly skilled. Definitely no complaints here. We'll no doubt use them again.
