The new salon is beautiful and very tranquil, with all the new measures in place it feels very safe and on the plus side feels like your own little spa to enjoy your treatments. The treatments were amazing as usual and would highly recommend to anyone for a well deserved treat. There is a huge variety of treatments on offer and Lorraine is very helpful with helping decide the treatments that suited me best and very knowledgeable. Thanks again Lorraine.

Extremely insightful consultation. Was very understanding and did not put unrealistic expectations towards diet and so on. Left the appointment having learnt a lot of things about my skin that I never heard of before. From the appointment, I could tell Lorraine cared about not only getting the best possible home treatment plan for me but also ensuring I was well informed. On top of this, it was clear from the very start Lorraine is an extremely good skin specialist who looks at all factors of lifestyle and treats your skin as the organ that it is, not just something that we want to look good. I couldn’t recommend her enough and that’s after only one appointment.

Had a Reflexology session which was amazing, feel so relaxed. Enjoyed it so much I have booked a further appointment. Received some really good follow up advice from Lorraine. Also had an eyebrow shape and tint, generally pampered in such lovely surroundings. Treat yourself, visit this hidden gem x

It was my first visit here today. Suffering with menopausal dry, itchy skin. Lorraine was really knowledgeable and even gave me some samples to take away. The salon is lovely, and I came out feeling so relaxed. My skin feels lovely, and I will definitely be back for further treatments. Loved it :)

Serene Beauty & Holistic Spa is a wonderful place to visit, it is so clean and welcoming and you're immediately in a relaxed mood as soon as you enter. Lorraine is an absolute delight and her knowledge of all things 'beauty' is amazing. I've had a few treatments including eyebrow waxing,facials, massages and dermal fillers and been over the moon with all the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lorraine's lovely salon to all my friends and family. Thank you so much x
