Lovely ice cream however not a great place for kids. Took our 4 year old and 2 year old and we decided to sit in. Our 2 year old almost wet himself as there were no toilets for customers and he wasn’t allowed to use staff loo. When my husband asked where the nearest toilet was Another customer had to direct him as the server look at him blankly. By the time my husband got back from finding a toilet their Ice cream had melted. Poor customer service and poor facilities.

Great friendly staff capable of making some delicious desserts and proper thick shakes. This place has the edge with their quality of product, but with a few extras such as toilets, glassware to serve things in for sitting in diners instead of the paper cups would be the icing on the cake. Not the staff's fault but a couple of things ie profiteroles and strawberrys are Consistently out of stock. Need to watch out for flies and wasps all over the pick and mix, some zappers would be a good idea. All in all a very enjoyable place for great desserts.

The desserts are always great from here, my favourite being the Bueno nuggy pot. The staff are always helpful and friendly and there is a wide variety of flavours available

The ice cream here is amazing the cup they do is absolutely worth the money! They offer lactose free alternatives and have a great selection would absolutely recommend
