I did call to speak to the service dept to discuss my issues, before leaving this review, they just left me on hold for 5 minutes and then cut me off.Turned up at appointed time, no record of me having booked.Luckily I'd got their email confirmation.Job not done correctly.Couldn't even be bothered to put a bit of air in one of my tyres that was showing low on the screen.Overall, a waste of time and money.

Absolutely degusted with todays service ,.I even called to test drive a vehicle and told to.come after 2 , stood on the forecourt and wasn't acknowledgement by the two members of staff, having a customer doesn't mean you pig ignorantly ignore another customer won't be getting my jeep from you and I wouldn't recommend ypu either

After trying 2 other Jeep dealers who were both quite frankly rubbish, I tried Read (Beechdale) . Stuart was fantastic & came up with a great deal. Communications & collection was supurb. Totally delighted so far & the Jeep has settled in nicely with my 20yr old TJ.

Having dealt with Read (Beechdale) for many years we have just purchased our third Jeep which tells you all you need to know about the customer service here. Of course, any company is only as good as its employees, and Stuart once again excelled himself. Not only the usual good deal pricewise but his knowledge of the product, patience in explaining all the features of a hybrid vehicle and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customer requirements is highly valued by us and all too difficult to find these days. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Reed and they were excellent.Paul Leeming extremely knowledgeable and fantastic communications - went the extra mile to make sure the Jeep was in A1 condition.Just proves the value of a good car dealership vs dealing with the Wild West.Highly recommended

I enquired about a new vehicle via email, and Stuart responded promptly. Within a week I had arranged a visit and ordered my new motability car. I have had several private and motability vehicles from new, from dealers including Mercedes, Audi, VW and Seat) and the service and support I received from Stuart at Jeep was second to none. I would recommend Read Jeep to anyone motability or otherwise. I don't often provide such positive feedback (per my Google) but the level of customer service deserves this feedback.
