Don't waste your time with Castle Carpets, go straight to Rodgers of York instead. Castle carpets were recommended to us as we had just moved house and we needed a rescessed mat well installing. We phoned them back in September for a quotation. The guy on the phone said they didnt do wood flooring. He was very rude and had a distinct lack of interest. When we explained that we had wood flooring allready but needed an entrance mat installing into a recessed well he said he was too busy for a small job like that. He obviously isn't aware/doesnt care that small jobs lead to bigger jobs. I subsequently phoned Rogers of York who were very helpful. They sent someone out to measure up the following week and their quote was very competitive. They completed the work a couple of weeks later and to a very high standard. Needless to say when we need carpets/flooring in the future we will be returning to Rodgers. Lesson learnt - don't bother using small local companies.

The LVT flooring has been laid to a very high standard by Iain and Kai. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend them.

Ian and the team at Castle Carpets have done a fabulous job on reflooring my home. I had to wait a few months for the installation because they are in such high demand but it really is worth it for the quality of the workmanship. The fitting team is polite, thorough, clean and professional at all times. The team work to such a high standard and always focus on attention to detail.
