Attempted to deliver 3 times before returning parcel to retailer. Each time the driver photographed someone else’s property. Tried to arrange a delivery to a pickup point but webpage malfunctioned each time. Tried to contact the company but no joy. Awful service

As usual they delivered my parcel to a wrong address and when I asked them to resolve the issue they told me their driver was done for today and they gave me the address it got delivered to asked me to go pickup the the parcel from that wrong address.

Driver never turned up which I paid for the weekend delivery slot as work during the week. Dpd customer service is awful. Promised several times driver was going to come back. No he didn't. Dpd fail to own up and investigate my complaint or even refund. Dpd won't help at all to sort out instead they hang up.

DO NOT USE DPD. On 18th may a DPD driver reversed into my parked van and then drive off. The whole incident was caught on CCTV and of the driver checking the damage he caused and then just driving off. I have sent all the information to management, including CCTV footage and they are doing absolutely nothing about it. Keep being promised a call from management time and time again but nothing. I now have no choice but to take matters in to my own hands. DO NOT USE DPD

Awful company use any other means of delivery service where at all possible. Pigeons deliver better service. They lost very important documentation for a item of mine. I would rather drive to the end of the earth and collect myself than use this dreadful company NO STARS IS MY OFFICIAL RATING

Really bad customer service and the worst delivery company in the UK. When I have read the reviews I found out they always make the same mistake and because it is intentionally, so I don't call it the mistake. Like missing delivery, delivery to the wrong address, photo of a wrong house and many other things. To be honest they are not eligible for even a star

I had a parcel repackaged as the inner was ripped when I had opened it. The outer packing was from DPD. I was missing the AirPods I ordered. They very kindly left the £5 cable that I also ordered. I’ve now been told that it’s my fault because I asked for the item to be left elsewhere.So I asked them to leave it in a special place, but it’s my fault that someone has taken my AirPods out of the packaging from their warehouse.So I’m a thief and the thief at DPD has gotten away with it.You must be so proud of your Depot in MK.

This lot are beyond useless. Constantly saying we missed you when we have been open all day staff everywhere they just dont look for your address properly even when given what3words!!
