Amazing customer service and extremely professional. Had adjustments made to a bracelet which has been done so well that it is impossible to tell any work has been carried out. I was told by numerous jewellers it was not possible but the team at Guru Jewellers have done a brilliant job. Highly recommended!

Great local jewellers. Run by a lovely couple and even offered me tea while I shopped for a birthday present.Service was great, very professional and pleasant. The jewellery was up to date on designs and trends, better than I’ve seen around jewellery quarter and other local shops.Highly recommend them.

Paid to have broken necklace repaired and I received the most amateur attempt at a repair with no shame as it was handed over. I may as well have paid a child to superglue the necklace together. I was told that's the best he's capable of, that says a lot when I got another goldsmith to do the repair properly. A shoddy and amateur service.

Very rude, lack of manners! read the other reviews as to how poor customer service is, so many people cannot be wrong about this unprofessional outfit. Not the most honest either from what I can see!
