She was also proactive, checking in on the process and helping us keep the conveyancing moving.As a result, the process was straightforward and stress-free, and we're delighted with our new home :)

Depsite being our 3rd move, it was our first with Savills. This is the best experience we have had when house selling or buying. Ben has been nothing short of brilliant. He has communicated with us regularly and promptly, given us great advice and support. His experience in the industry is obvious and makes him very efficient in resolving any questions that arise. When things became a little tricky, he took the stress away from us as much as possible and found a perfect way through the situation. We are so glad we went with Savills and had Ben looking after us.

We went through the Savills office in Cambridge to obtain a property in their catchment area and I have to say the experience was very pleasant. Savills were outstanding in our recent house purchase. Though they were representing the vendor, rather than us (the buyers), Stewart Chipchase was, throughout a protracted process, always efficient, cheerful and extremely helpful. He kept us closely informed, and when the process seemed ready to stall due to a long chain, he would have ideas about how to move things on or fix problems. I was extremely impressed by Stewart throughout, and very grateful.
