They so helpful in this phone shop. He had a bigger shop which he didn't need so he's down sized now to a reasonable shop by the Beacon shopping centre doors facing Metro Bank and next to specsavers in Eastbourne Town centre. Its better to be able to look after all your customers instead of them walking out because its too big.He can speak to the customers . He can get someone in to help him. Always says hello even out of work which I like . Not false . Lovely people . We don't go anywhere else .

Do not get you iPhone screen replaced here not worth the hassle. Got a new screen fitted for my friends iPhone 11 screen was glitching and showing lines would freeze constantly and get very hot after being replaced this is not normal at all and once put back together there was something lose inside shaking around and Apparently my friends fault and telling her there is something wrong with the battery or motherboard for when she dropped it but it didn’t make this a lose screw sound before she got it replaced. The screen had never been replaced before this it is the first time. I would give this a lower rating. The staff was not helpful what so ever and refusing a refund as we paid in cash NEVER PAY IN CASH ALWAYS CARD so you can go through the bank. Told us to come back the next day to wait for the manger to talk about the phone in further detail. Told us that she has had the screen for over a month now, told us the date we brought it but was the incorrect date she’s only had the screen fitted for 2 weeks and 6 days not a month.

Great customer service. I only went in for a screen protector but the owner was very attentive and we joked about my mini spend of £10. However, because of his engaging manner I would recommend and go here again myself if I needed a more expensive item or to upgrade my 'phone.

Great one to one and efficient service. Went to other mobile phone shops who wouldn’t touch my iPhone 14 or advise me my phone had to be sent off to be checked.Sorted out my charging port after my phone got wet while working outside.
