Since our grandma passed away we didn’t know what to do or where to turn until we found L&G funeral directors. Natasha went through every detail with care and compassion which kept the family at ease throughout the whole process. Natasha kept us updated regularly to make sure we were happy with everything resulting in the most perfect send off for our grandma. The service went very smoothly on the day as Natasha had everything in place for us so we didn’t have to worry about anything. we couldn’t have asked for anything more and we would highly recommend this service.

From the very beginning of planning our mum's funeral Natasha acted with the utmost care and compassion. Her attention to detail and thoroughness resulted in the most beautiful service. Natasha's attention to detail was superb, she contacted me throughout the process to check all details were correct. Family and friends made comment on the personalised service at the crematorium and they felt all staff created the most perfect service. Natasha's aftercare service continued at the same high level. I can not tell you how impressed I am with this company!!! My best friend lost her husband recently and used you. Not only did you act respectfully, you were compassionate and supportive to both his wife and the rest of the family. You were knowledgeable and informative. You really walked Abi through it all so that she wasn’t given added stresses during an already stressful and heartbreaking time. Your rates are incredible because you don’t add on all the unnecessaries. You focus is on the actual family and not all profit, profit, profit. Some might think it odd using a company about 40 mins away from them. But after seeing you do what you do and done so well I can clearly see why!!! I will be using you for not only my own funeral but for my mums too. Because with you I know she will be in good and safe hands! I will be in touch to get the plan rolling on our pre-plan funerals soon.Also I must say that your celebrant was so good!! She was not only kind and respectful with the family in question but her service was really clear and well spoken.
