Rude staff, manager don't care. Long queue with staff who don't want to help. Absolutely terrible service. Where your happiness goes to die!! Avoid the butch looking chewing gum attitude manager. Can't miss her standing at the door doing nothing. Litrally nothing

Visited to get my daughter new school trainers. Customer service was awful, 3.30pm on a weds so not busy, everybody seemed put out and miserable when i asked for help and the gentleman who begrudgingly helped smelt in need of a good bath.

I was at Sports Direct in Worcester today. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women. I had the money. I wanted to buy trainers. I know nothing about trainers and really needed help. And didn't get any.

As always the golf equipment is upstairs at the back of the shop. When you get there and try and find a pair of shoes there is never a member of staff so you have to walk back to the register to get someone to help. After 5 minutes waiting a girl comes and gets the pair you want but it's not in your size. Ow I am sorry we don't have that size. So £2 parking and am hour of my life wasted.

The most disgusting filthy place, staff looked feed up every time customers asked for something. I ask for a trainers and the boy took 10 minutes, and still didn't bring the trainers I asked him to check! I don't recommend this store.

Where do I start, first lady took the shoe come back and started serving people, not a problem. Left me 24 minutes without any update only to find she had put the display shoe back out and not bothered looking at all. Approached another lady Jemima who I calmy explained my elderly mother had been waiting, she points at a sign and says it's on the sign we have staff sick today. Read it. When I said that's not my fault and that shouldn't effect the customer service she said well I don't care and I'm not helping you if you have a problem speak to my manager downstairs.. and walked off. Approached a lady, hi are you the manager she is chewing gum and roles her eyes yes! Explained to her she didn't once apologise just stated the one girl was new and doesn't usually work... Then said this particular member of staff wouldn't have said that, but she would have a word, so basically calling me a liar. mid convo she walked off also. The customer service is disgusting.

These poor wretched souls that work at Sports Direct, they have absolutely no training in people skills, they're not even remotely friendly. As for help, well I gave up asking the third “assistant” and sorted myself out with a pair of football boots for my son. Whilst taking your money they report over their walkie talkie" that a sale has been taken and the fat

My son had a pair of trainers from this store. After wearing them a few times the fabric started to come away around the ankle. I telephoned the store and the person answering the phone said to take them back in. On arriving at the store I was met by a shop assistant who was abrupt and rude. He spoke to the manager who said that the damage is 'wear and tear' After 3 weeks! I spoke to the manager who said the same. They were expensive trainers for 3 weeks wear.UPDATE: Hereford branch took the trainers back as they could see that they were clearly faulty. Head to that branch for 5 * service.

First time visiting this one as I was in the area but don't accept defence discount supposedly. (Even though my app shows they do) I'll try my local one or somewhere else. Cost of living crisis I assumed the high Street stores wouldn't be getting rid of things like this!.
