Heel of a boot came off, took it in to Timpsons Guiseley. Fella in there said to come back in 20 minutes and it would be fixed. I did. It was. Went to pay, no charge for simple glue repairs. Brilliant service.

Hired a carpet cleaner from here a few weeks back, and the service was amazing. Gone back to them for various other things as they are so helpful and knowledgeable and offer a great variety of services at very reasonable prices.Saved their no for future uses.

Went to enquire about a key to cut. Whilst advised couldn't be cut, the service and gentleman was professional.

Paid for shoe repair and was asked if I would be back in to pick up the next day at the same time to which I replied yes.I arrived a few minutes earlier than the previous day; I have checked my receipt which states I paid for the service at 18:00 where the lights were still on and two members of staff were still in the shop. I came to the store 17:55 the next evening just like when I paid and the lights were off and there was nobody to be seen. I asked the Morrisons Customer service woman at the counter opposite when it closed and she remarked they had gone a few minutes before so the opening times are not true and the customer service is pretty poor if they do not state their opening times to a member of the public who pays for a service anyway but especially when they make a verbal contract about what time they will be picked up which is close to the closing time.I physically can’t get to them any earlier than I did for those two days because I finish work 17:45 about 20mins drive away so I am unsure when i can pick them up. The fact I was unable to pick up my boots as the cold weather is setting in and snow is predicted makes this even more frustrating and annoying.
