The Design Print Distribution Group

I have used Lee, Jo and Mike at the Design print distribution group now for quite a few years. they have always been professional, dealt with any issues or concerns that have arose and been quick to respond to my orders and distribution. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a distribution campaign partner.

I’ve not had such a great experience due to lack of advice & communication.I chose this company for distribution of my leaflets which were collected. (That bit was handy) next thing I know my OWN leaflet was delivered to my house! inside a huge bupa leaflet. I only discovered it when I was sorting the recycling & it fell out!I complained to Mike to be told it was thin and small so would be rolled inside a larger one so they go through the letter box intact.Makes sense, so why not say this to me BEFORE they go out?!I can’t believe Mike didn’t contact me to advise that maybe being dropped on its own would be better. No one will see it inside a huge Bupa one.Really poor service on your part Mike, for someone who does this daily, giving your customers some advice wouldn’t go a miss…Complete waste of my money & I can guarantee not even 1% of my 1000 leaflets would be seen. Disappointed is an understatement.

Payed for 35,000 leaflets to be delivered & didn't receive one job, find it hard to believe.
