I was recommended NN drainage on NN 4 traders after my tenants had complained that the wet room wasn’t draining. I have to say the service has been amazing.When I contacted Charlie he said they could get round to the property first thing in the morning. They contacted the tenant to confirm, cleared the blockage and sent me a report all before 10am!Fantastic service and communication by NN drainage and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Charlie is very likeable and has been great. Came and quoted us on a Sunday and had the job done quickly. A tricky job and helped out massively. He is honest and very hard working, one day was working till 7 to get the job done. Will be using him in the future, if you do too, he loves a bit of cake!

Emergancy call out for a blocked domestic toilet.Arrived within an hour of calling, considering I am Rushden based, this is impressive.Located the issue, unblocked toilet, small repairs and clean up. All finished professionally and in a timely manner.100% recommend.

I'm really happy with the work Charlie recently did to unblock the drain at our home. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in the time he said he would at a very reasonable price too. It also helps that Charlie is very pleasant in what could otherwise be a pretty stressful situation. I'd be more than happy to recommend him.
