Lloyd is professional, honest and patient. Pricing is fantastic as replacement was needed for one unit. I will be using his company again in the near future for further repairs for my ageing equipment and would recommend to anyone struggling with their own technology. I managed to drop my laptop which obviously doesn't do it alot of good but Lloyd was able to retrieve all my documents and photos from the hard drive and put them on a usb for me. I dropped it off Monday and picked it up Tuesday - highly recommend, he was very helpful and very reasonably priced. Now off to buy a new laptop .........
