Millharbour Dentistry

I was walking home from a Baker Street dentist in despair and generally disillusioned by humanity and by chance stumbled into Millharbour Dentistry. Genuinely one of the nicest healthcare professionals I have ever met - so lovely and took the time to actually help rather than just explain the problems (which see also did very well I should add). Couldn't recommend this place enough!!!

My feedback for this dental clinic: lacking honesty and professionalism.During my appointment on July 18th, I pointed out a cavity (crack) on my upper-right molar. The doctor brushed it off as a normal occurrence and proceeded to fix another tooth. At the time, I trusted her judgment.However, within just 2-3 days, the crack seemed to worsen, so I decided to email the doctor to express my confusion. Subsequently, I scheduled another appointment for July 22nd.During today's appointment, I brought up the same issue again - the crack on my molar. To my surprise, the doctor acknowledged it as a significant cavity and said she didn't see it last time because of the colour demonstrated on the screen (?)My concern is that this is the exact same problem I mentioned during the previous visit (and I mentioned several time and she said it's not an issue), which the doctor dismissed as normal!I find it disheartening that I had to spend twice for the same issue. From the very beginning, my tooth problem has consistently been centered around the crack I mentioned.I want to clarify that all the comments I've made are entirely true, and I have not fabricated anything. However, I must admit that I feel dissatisfied and confused about the entire experience at this clinic.

I'm highly recommending Anita, I had a big treatment done by her and everything went perfect. She explained the whole procedure from the beginning and what to expect.I didn't see such a dedicated dentist in a while. Thank you Anita.

Anita has been my dentist for nearly 12 years, from all these years I can say that she is friendly, approachable and professional.Her professional manner can put nervous patient like me at ease and reassurance. Anita has explained everything very clearly, and made sure I was comfortable. She made me feel relaxed and did a perfect job.Your efforts were much appreciated.

Really good dentist Mrs Doctor Anita.She is the best dentist of UK!!! I promise to you I got a lot experience with a lot of dentist.Always she took times for everyone, she explained everything the receptionist is amazing really kind ,the place is really really clean.i live really far but I prefer to take 1hour and half but at the end I have a excellent results with this excellent Doctor!!!! Doctor Anita save my teeths!!!!!

I have been visiting the dentist with my family for over 18 years. That kept me smiling all the way. They have very professional, friendly and kind staff. The place is state of the art futuristic and fit for the 21st century. I strongly recommend millharbour dentist to every one for one of the best and easy access facilities and all amenities close by. Also very close walking distance from the financial district of canary wharf.

I visited the Dentist Surgery today for some treatment and had a great experience . I find the staff to be very polite and professional.I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a Dental surgery in the area.

I have been in UkK for a very long time and I am so happy to have met Anita.Raluca is also amazing and so helpful in accommodating 3 Kid's dental appointments.Anita is passionate about the issues of not taking basic care of our tooth brushing and she has helped me and my kids understand the facts of mouth care/ gum health by teaching us how to brush our teeth properly improving gum issues.Anita is not just a dentist, she is a professional knowledgeable person who gives basic advice to help not having major issues in the future so I am glad we have her as our dentist.We will keep going to this dentistry as long as Anita is the practitioner.Best,Arantxa

Well, if you dealt with dental issues in UK then you will understand what I mean when I say this one is amazing. At least so far. I got an appointment within a few days from emailing them direct, they took me on as NHS without trying to push me on private as many of them usually do. Also, got in, welcome was nice, took care and explained everything, offered options and so on. So, so far, compared to any other, this one is a standout.

Anita is mine and my daughters dentist. She managed to save my daughters tooth and avoid any major work. Her expertise managed to solve a complex issue whilst being supportive to my daughter who had a lot of anxiety. We could not be anymore happy and relived. Anita is extremely patient, understanding and professional. She explains everything she is doing very well. The rest of the staff are also excellent. Thank you so much!
