Prompt reply to my request for a custom product. Very fast delivery of order. Something had gone wrong during the order process which meant the item was delivered with the wrong font, but the company made up for this with a replacement. Both items are of high quality and made to high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Paid for next day delivery and arrived on 4th day. Tried calling no answer. When I emailed was told ran out of stock hence the delay. No apologies just Arrogance!!

I got the engraver with no instructions and no software. When I finally got in touch with someone from customer service, they sent me a link to a Google drive which contained some basic information to help setup. Now, my engraver only works about 25% of the time and no one will return my emails. You get what you paid for
