Contacted the day before by phone and spoke with Sophie. Arranged to drop phone off the next morning for a new screen and battery. Dropped off phone and went back 45 minutes later to find that all was finished and polished and ready to go. Advised to get a tempered glass screen cover which I also bought which was also excellent value.Fabulous service all round, all members of staff who I spoke with were both polite, very pleasant and of course helpful.I cannot recommend I Fix Local" enough. If you need a super quick professional job done. By a great shop who's staff have excellent customer skills and expertise in their chosen fields

The service is really good and did my phone screen under 30 minutes. I thought I had to get a new phone but he did it perfectly would recommend him to anyone in the Isle of Wight if your phone is damaged ps very cheap.

Brilliant service. I am very pleased. Friendly, helpful and quick and reasonable price.Sophie replaced my broken iPhone screen, cleaned the charging port and speaker- it is like a brand new phone for a fraction of the price. Collected after 45 minutes.Complete with a 12 month warranty!

Really not great :/I left my laptop and a new screen i had purchased with them on a Tuesday for a screen fitting and was told they would contact me either later that day or early the next day but alas, no contact. I waited until thursday and was told it still wasn't ready, then on friday I rang and was told they had cracked my new screen and i had to pay for a new one. in total i waited nearly 2 weeks waiting for them to crack my screen, wait around to tell me, very slowly order a new one and fit the new one they ordered.The screen wasn't fitted very well and when I went in to collect it, they didn't know the price they were supposed to charge me. Overall a series of unfortunate events with slow service and slow communication :/ sorry!

First time using this service in Ryde. Had issues with two Samsung tablets. Sorted me out very quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant lady to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend

Quick, efficient service to replace a cracked screen. A waterproof seal and screen protector was added at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Family member had a expensive phone his screen was damagedasked this company for a original replacement screenwhich this company did . Had problemsWith new screen once completed.Rang them they were very helpful and tried to sort the problem out twice but could not .So went to another phone shop and was told its not a genuine screen for that phone is a cheap replacement screen not a lot you can do about it unless you replace it with a genuine screenThey will not go back to shop and at least try and get some money back they paid .Its usable but plays up .these screens which they are using areProberly ok in cheap phonesBut any thing over £600At your own risk

Phoned at 11am ish this morning had phone screen silver available for my phone arrived at 230ish as agreed phone fixed within timeframe given - very pleasant and great service thank you :)

Friendly and professional service offered by the assistant lady who served me from the beginning to the end of the service. She was helpful giving me options that could agree with my budget without pressure to go for the most expensive ones. She also ordered the product I wanted it, as they did not have in stock. Then, the service fixing my mobile broken cover was perfect and fast. Nothing better than being well greeting and served by professional people with friendly attitude. I 100% recommend their services!

I reached out while I was on holiday, as my battery started to puff out of the iPhone. Despite being after hours they offered to fix it that day. I had to wait until the next day (toddler was already napping) but was greeted by a friendly woman who cheerfully told me it would only be 45 mins. It was only £110 for my XR (warning-Cash only!)and now instead of charging my phone 3 times a day, it’s lasting the whole day! I had expected I would need to replace it when I got back to my country in a few months but now I’m sure I’ll get another year or two out of the phone.100% recommended especially if you are in a jam while on holiday. The cafe next door was also very good and kid friendly!
