5th Utility have provided our business with a range of services over the last couple of years and the customer service/experience is second to none. 5th Utility were brought on board almost a year ago through a chance meeting. Since then we have built an open and honest relationship with our IT supplier. It’s fair to say that they are now a true extension to our business.Our infrastructure - from Ford & Stanley’s perspective - has been upgraded seamlessly over the past twelve months. Although behind the scenes, plenty of out of hours support has gone into it from 5th Utility’s side. The pre-project scoping and precise planning prior to infrastructure upgrades was demonstrated during two major transitions this past year.In recent events, 5th Utility have supported our transition to remote working well and with very little impact on the day-to-day operation.I always know that Chris, Rich, Liam and Matt are only a phone call – which makes me feel like we’re in safe hands.2

5th Utility provided a very help, efficient service recently. I would not consider going anywhere else now for IT support or systems.

We worked with 5th Utility to rebuild server infrastructure at 3 education establishments in Birmingham over summer 2018. Despite some technical challenges, 5U worked tirelessly to deliver the project in time and to budget, ensuring minimal impact to the client, and dealing with every challenge in a professional manner.
